ФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ АКТИВНОСТЬ РЕКУЛЬТИВИРОВАННЫХ АЛЛЮВИАЛЬНЫХ ПОЧВ ПРИ РАЗНОМ ОСТАТОЧНОМ СОДЕРЖАНИИ НЕФТЕПРОДУКТОВ

Description
Исследованы параметры дыхательной активности различных типов аллювиальных почв при разном остаточном содержании нефтепродуктов. В рекультивированных почвах не обнаружено ингибирующего действия нефтепродуктов на базальное дыхание. Субстрат-индуцированное дыхание большинства почв оставалось на уровне контроля либо несколько снижалось. Почвы значительно отличались по степени устойчивости их микробного пула к действию нефтепродуктов. Микрофлора аллювиальных почв способна преодолевать негативное влияние высоких концентраций нефти. В рекультивированных почвах не выявлено сильное влияние нефти на сообщества почвенных микроорганизмов. Преобладало среднее или слабое воздействие. Микробные сообщества легких аллювиальных почв более устойчивы к воздействию нефтепродуктов. Проведение восстановительных мероприятий на аллювиальных луговых почвах потребует большего внимания, чем рекультивационные работы, проводимые на аллювиальных болотных и луговых почвах
