REGIONAL INNOVATION STRATEGY AS A DIRECTION OF ENSURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP РЕГІОНАЛЬНА ІННОВАЦІЙНА СТРАТЕГІЯ ЯК НАПРЯМ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА

Abstract. The article is dedicated to the development of a regional innovation strategy of the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region. An algorithm for selecting a regional innovation strategy, which is based on a combination of strategic and operational goals, and ways of innovative development of the region too, was proposed. The analysis of implemented regional strategies to identify bottlenecks in their implementation in the process of ensuring the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region was carried out. The approach to the formation of the regional innovation strategy that takes into account the territorial and sectoral characteristics of the region, the interests of stakeholders and aims to determine the desired trajectories of innovative entrepreneurship in the region, which allows it to form strategic priorities for innovative entrepreneurship in the region was developed. A unified matrix of construction of the regional innovation strategy as a direction of ensuring the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region has been formed too.
