niaid/SARSCoV2-US-serosurvey-2020: First release

Description

This repository copntains R code for manuscript "Mapping a Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2 Seropositivity in the United States" by Kalish, et al https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.01.27.21250570v1

The updated paper is under review at Science Translational Medicine, with the new title: "Undiagnosed SARS-CoV-2 Seropositivity in the United States During the First Six Months of the Pandemic".

The main data collected from the study is not in this repository, instead the R code is provided to give a detailed record of how the main analyses were done, and without the data file that code cannot be run to recreate tables and figures in the paper. Other data that is freely available on the internet (e.g., US Census data, CDC BRFSS data) will not be additionally stored here because the files are very large.
