This is the OA eBook Usage Data Trust pilot project's response to the June 2021 Reporting Global Usage and Usage of Open Content Not Attributed to Institutions COUNTER Consultation submitted on behalf of the project by project Co-PI Cameron Neylon on 14 June 2021. Responses were prepared in consultation with the project’s technical development team and the project’s open Technical Standards and Norms Working Group. Key contributors are noted below.
