Description
This is the code and data used for the publication:
Burnside, R. J Salliss,, D., Collar N.J., & Dolman, P. M. (2021) Birds use individually consistent temperature cues to time their migration departure. Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
The archive consists of:
(1) R script to repeat the core results of the analyses performed in the study.
(2) The migration datasets contained in an xlsx file with five sheets:
- spring migration departure and arrival data
- autumn migration departure and arrival data
- 1000 null datasets for the spring migration with the data shuffled.
- a table with a list of two-way comparisons used in the R script.
- explanations of column headings.
