Paepalanthus koernickei (Ruhland) Trovó, stat. nov.
Basionym: Paepalanthus speciosus var. koernickei Ruhland, in Engler, Pflanzenr. IV. 30 (Heft 13): 187 (1903). Type: BRAZIL. Minas Gerais: “In campis Catalão–Paracatu, September 1834, Lund 566 (holotype: C! in 2 sheets).
