Description
This report documents the control-integrated design methodologies with MPC and RBC and the verification of key aspects of this methodology. Then, some case-studies are introduced and the MPC- and RBC-approaches are applied to the case-studies and the differences in key performance indicators are analysed. The key performance indicators are the financial cost, environmental and energy performance of the system and the sizing of the key components.
