- Aderus brunnipennis (LeConte). This species was collected from May to October and was taken mainly by beating underbrush in lowland forest. Three specimens were taken in flight intercept traps, and nine were sifted from litter, six of these were taken from dry litter under a cedar tree during December, and three were sifted from general litter during February. During 1988, a long series (>50) came to UV light during June, July, and August.
