Description
Mitochondrial Mixture Deconvolution and Interpretation Tool (MMDIT) is an interactive application with a graphical user interface that can be used to deconvolve mitochondrial DNA mixtures. In cases where deconvolution is not achievable, MMDIT allows mixture analysis within a binary framework.
