Description

This report was created as the final assignment for the course Open Education Strategies, which is part of the Master's program Leadership in Open Education, taught at the University of Nova Gorica, Slovenia.

In developing the OER Policy, described in the report, the author made use of the Guidelines on the development of OER Policies as a step-by-step guidebook on how to develop a systematic and effective policy on OER, applying the strategic 7-phase framework.

The basis for this OER policy design assignment is the current stage of development of the Horizon 2020 NEWCOMERS project (NEWCOMERS = New clean energy communities in a changing European energy system – www.newcomersH2020.eu) and its key communication and dissemination deliverable: the Our Energy online platform for education and awareness-raising (www.our-energy.eu) of energy communities in Europe. The author of this assignment is the leader of the Work Package (WP) focussed on the project's communication, dissemination and exploitation activities.
