Guidelines for improving the representation of surface heat flux in the Arctic

In Blue-Action task 3.4, NERSC conducted model development for the Norwegian Earth System model (NorESM) and created a guide for other partners who implemented the same leads scheme within their own climate models: DMI implemented the scheme within EC-Earth3, CNRS implemented it in LMDZ6A and NZC implemented the scheme within the IAP4 model.
