This release of the ohi-northeast/ne-scores repository includes the scores, models, and underlying data used to calculate the OHI US Northeast Ocean Health Index assessment.
The data layers used to calculate scores were prepared from this repository: https://github.com/OHI-Northeast/ne-prep
The base functions used to calculate scores are from the ohicore package: https://github.com/OHI-Science/ohicore/releases/tag/v2020.1
