Description

The image data has been collected over a 3 week period in a commercial beef plant and includes 5 different products cuts and they are as follows:

  • Cap Off Pear Off, PAD topside muscle (product ID 20001)
  • Cap off, pear on Topside muscle (product ID 20002)
  • Topside Heart muscle (product ID 20003)
  • Topside Bullet muscle (product ID 20004)
  • Cap Off, Non-Pad, Blue Skin Only Topside muscle (product ID 20010).

In this dataset, the background images have also been collected. There are more than 9000 images labeled with respective product IDs and background IDs. The background image name starts with 'background' and the product image name starts with camera-screenshot. The product ID can be found in the filename. For example in the filename camera-screenshot202200011501740766, 202 is the plant ID, 20001 is the product ID and 1501740766 is the timestamp.

The spreadsheet has the product ID, corresponding weights (in KGs), and features extracted from the image pre-processing. These features are:

  • Density: white pixel count relative to the total number of pixels.
  • Xmin, XminY: the minimum X and the corresponding Y coordinate.
  • Xmax, XmaxY: the maximum X and the corresponding Y coordinate.
  • YminX, Ymin: the minimum Y and the corresponding X coordinate.
  • YmaxX, Ymax: the maximum Y and the corresponding X coordinate.
