umbralcalc/helmpy: Updated first release

helmpy is an all-in-one python class for optimised stochastic simulation and forecasting the effect of mass drug administration on helminth (parasitic worm) disease transmission. The public repository also contains tutorials in the form of Jupyter notebooks in which much of the theory is explained. This new update runs through the notebook tutorials explicitly and tweaks the documentation have been made for additional clarity.
