Material examined. Off Aurora Province, eastern Luzon, Philippines: 1 3 (CL 45.8 mm), 1 Ƥ (CL 22.6 mm) (ZRC 2009.0251), stn. CP 2655, 16º03.03’N 121º52.51’E, 189 m, 20 May 2007; 1 Ƥ (CL 47.5 mm), 1 juvenile (ZRC 2009.0252), CP 2656, 16º01.7’N 121º53.9’E, 278 m, 20 May 2007; 1 juvenile (NMCR), stn. CP 2718, 16º28.63’N 121º97.56’E, 220 m, 29 May 2007.
Distribution. Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Papua-New Guinea (Williams & Child 1989; Ng et al. 2001).
