HERVEY2021_SupplementaryFigures&Tables.docx
>>>>word document containing the referenced supplementary figures and tables from the main text

HERVEY2021_Microsatellites_ISRO&ReferenceSamples.csv
>>comma-delimited file with genotypes for each of the canid samples used for both population structure and genetic diversity estimates of Isle Royale founders and to inform the agent-based models assigned genotypes
ID = Identifier of canid sample
Location = Geographic region of canid sample
Species = Species assignment of canid sample
NOTE: All remaining columns represent each locus ID followed by "-1" or "-2" indicating the first or second allele of the genotype
NOTE: Empty cells ("-9") represent missing genotypes

HERVEY2021_ODD.docx
>>word document containing the full description of the agent-based model found in the main text as well as additional parameters that can be used to simulate alternative scenarios

HERVEY2021_ISROnetlogo.nlogo
>>netlogo file containing the agent-based model required for running all simulations of observed heterozygosity and inbreeding projections of the Isle Royale population
NOTE: A description of the model can be found in the Overview, Design Concepts, and Detail ("HERVEY2021_ODD.docx") supplementary file
NOTE: To run the agent-based simulation with multiple replicates and/or multiple treatments (e.g. migration = 0.0, 0.5, 1.0 with 100 replicates each) navigate to Tools>BehaviorSpace.
You will also find on this specific file the saved parameters for recreating Figure 4 from the main text, Figure 2 from the ODD, and Figure 3 from the ODD.

HERVEY2021_Reformatting_Netlogo_Output.R
>>R script file containing code for both reformatting the ouput file from Netlogo (if "data-ouput?" is set to On) and how to use R package 'pedigree' to calculate inbreeding coefficients
