Extended data for the satuRn publication

On this Zenodo upload, we share the Extended data or supplementary materials to our publication of the satuRn R package. This upload includes three files:

1. Supplementary_Figures.pdf: The supplementary figures to the satuRn publication, including figure captions.
2. DTU_Methods_Detail.pdf: A .pdf text file that describes the different DTU tools that were included in our benchmarks in greater detail as compared to the description in our main publication. For even higher detail, we refer to the respective original publications.
3. GSEA_MSigDB.xlsx: The output of the Gene Set Enrichment Analyses (GSEA) for the case study of our publication as generated by the online MSigDB platform.
