Enhanced Ca2+ signaling, mild primary aldosteronism, and hypertension in a familial hyperaldosteronism mouse model (Cacna1h M1560V/+)

Description

This repository contains the calcium imaging data used for the analysis of zona glomerulosa function in the paper. Data are from experiments on acute slice preparations stained with Fura-2 AM or Calbryte 520 AM dyes. The archives contain the data in HDF5 file format as well as analysis scripts in IPython notebook or R format.
