Typhlodromus exhilaratus Ragusa, 1977: 380. (synonymy by Denmark, 1992b, 14; not synonym, according to Chant & McMurtry, 2007: 157; Papadoulis et al., 2009: 151; Ferragut & Ueckermann, 2012: 1742).

Previous records from Egypt. Giza governorate (Zaher & El-Badry, 1962).

Remarks. No additional specimens of this species were found in this study. It was originally described from Germany. The original description was brief, without illustrations or measurements; complementary descriptions were listed by Demite et al. (2014).
