This version makes the following changes, per the request of the journal data editor:
1. Capitalized path names in "build_data.do," to be consistent with the subfolder capitalization (e.g. "temp" -> "Temp")
2. Added references to "ivreg2", "ranktest", and "ivreghdfe" in the README file
