Conceptual and methodological principles of business process management at the enterprise

The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, scientific and practical provisions for the formation
of conceptual and methodological foundations of business process management in the enterprise.
The purpose of the study is to develop on the basis of «environmental economy» and «sharing»
conceptual and methodological principles of business process management in the enterprise.
Research methods. In order to comply with the conceptual integrity of scientific development, the
dialectical method of scientific cognition, as well as empirical–theoretical and formal–logical principles
were used.
Results of work. The theoretical analysis provided an opportunity to identify the specifics of business
process management in terms of modern concepts and their economic, social, environmental,
innovative components. Based on the results of the study, a model for assessing the impact of
«sharing» on the management of business processes of the enterprise is proposed.
Field of application of results. The presented developments should be implemented in the work
of enterprises, namely in the implementation of sharing projects, taking into account the specifics of
modern concepts of business process management.
Conclusions. A comparative description of business process management is made taking into
account modern concepts, which allowed us to draw a conclusion about the similarity between
the three concepts of «environmental economy» and «sharing», which are consistent and provide
sustainable development as their ultimate goal. Their main difference is identified, which is the levels of
implementation: «environmental economy» includes strategic, focused on systemic challenges – the
highest level, and sharing involves the digitalization of business processes, services, technologies in
the context of enterprise development – the lowest level.
