Lesson 2: RNAseq Analysis

This tutorial is designed to introduce the tools, data types and workflow for RNAseq analysis. We will align reads to the genome, normalize read counts and visualize using IGV. Finally we will perform a differential expression analysis using the bioconductor R package DESeq2.
