Data set in support of manuscript "High and variable drag in a sinuous estuary with intermittent stratification". Data files include the long-term (LT) CTD and Aquadopp measurements, the short-term (ST) CTD measurements, eight shipboard CTD and ADCP surveys on April 18, 19, and 27, May 17, and July 24, 25, 28, and 31, the ADV measurements, the North River mid-estuary region bathymetry, and the North River discharge from USGS measurements.
