Description

FIGURE 10. Composite Cox-1 maximum likelihood (ML)/Bayesian inference phylogenetic tree of Gordionus collected in this study and selected samples from all available species of Gordionus and Parachordodes in GenBank. When known, definitive arthropod host orders are mapped on the phylogeny. ML bootstrap support values (>50) are above branches and Bayesian posterior probabilities are below. Branch tips are labelled with GenBank accession numbers and species name with the exception of samples in this study which include GenBank accession numbers and region of collection. Scale bar represents number of substitutions per site. Data for host use was obtained from Poinar (1991), Sato et al. (2012), Schmidt-Rhaesa (2013), Ernst et al. (2016), and the current study.
