Description
These scripts generate the results published in An updated organ-based multi-level model for glucose homeostasis: organ distributions, timing, and impact of blood flow. To be able to run the files, MATLAB 2018 is required, as well as a valid c compiler, and the toolboxes global optimization toolbox and parallel computing toolbox.
