SELF-ESTEEM BY STUDENTS OF A COMPLEX OF FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON MOTOR ACTIVITY IN THE PROCESS OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES

Description

The issue of students' self-image of the complex of factors of influence on motor activity that is a necessary condition for correction and improvement of the systematic approach to physiological normalization of motor activity of youth, as the genetic potential of the state has been considered in the paper. Based on the results of the study, we have found that students consciously assess their relatively low level of physical preparedness.

The purpose of the work is a sociological study of students' self-esteem of a set of factors influencing motor activity.

Research methods. To solve the problems of the research methods of empirical level were used: observation, comparison, sociological survey based on the international questionnaire IPAQ, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics for processing and interpretation of the obtained research data.

Scientific novelty. Students' self-esteem of their free time, physical fitness and diet is determined.

The sociological survey was attended by full-time students of the main medical group of
I-IV courses of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. Participation in the study was voluntary and did not involve any form of incentive. The selection of students to participate in the survey was carried out by random method. The total sample is 3664 people. All students who participated in the study agreed to participate in the study and further processing the results for free access.

Conclusions. Most young people have incorrectly planned day regimen, as a result of which is lack of free time. More than 60% of students have not got systematic proper nourishment. Non-systematic, chaotic nourishment with frequent overeating, night snacks can cause diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and overweight. Having regard to a lack of free time, it makes impossible for various forms of motor activity of youth and has a negative impact on somatic health in general.
