On the basis of author's scientific approach, a theoretical subjective characteristics basis of psychologists professional thinking, which is referred to the consistency, criti-cality, decentricity and reflexivity, was covered in the article. The results of empirical researches of the psychologists professional thinking development in the course of pro-fessional training were presented.
