Landsat8_SupraglacialLakes: Supraglacial Lake Depth With Landsat 8: Application to Sermeq Kujalleq 2015

Description
The scripts in this folder (using MATLAB 2014b & GDAL framework package 1.11) use Landsat 8 data to estimate supraglacial lake depths in Greenland with Landsat 8 for summer 2015 in the Sermeq Kujalleq (Jakobshavn) region. How all of the scripts work together is documented in a provenance diagram. Note that some MATLAB scripts (developed in 2014b) require the MATLAB Mapping Toolbox (Version 4.0.2). In addition, some manual steps (see provenance diagram) are carried out using QGIS (www.qgis.org)
