Description

Leptotrombidium gracipalpe (Schluger, 1960)

Trombicula (Leptotrombidium) gracipalpis Schluger, 1960 (in Schluger et al. 1960b): 1793, fig. 3.

Leptotrombidium (Leptotrombidium) gracipalpe: Vercammen-Grandjean & Langston 1976: 520, pl. 137; Kudryashova 2004: 19; Chau et al. 2007: 48, fig. 20.

Leptotrombidium gracipalpe: Stekolnikov 2013: 80.

Type deposition. ZMMU (syntypes).

Type data. Ex Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus rattus tikos), Leopoldamys sabanus, and Tupaia belangeri chinensis (syn. Tupaia glis modesta), North Vietnam.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Leopoldamys sabanus, Rattus rattus, R. tanezumi; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia belangeri chinensis, T. glis.

Distribution. Vietnam.
