Type deposition. USNM.
Type data. Ex Niviventer niviventer (syn. Rattus niveiventer), Laos, Xieng Khouang Province, Lat Huang.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Leopoldamys sabanus, Maxomys surifer, Niviventer niviventer, Rattus rattus; CHIROPTERA: Megaderma spasma; AVES: Lonchura punctulata.
Distribution. Laos, Malaysia, Thailand.
