Type deposition. USNM.
Type data. Ex Rattus baluensis (syn. Rattus rattus baluensis), Malaysia, Borneo Is., Kinabalu Mt., Kamborangah.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Rattus baluensis, Sundamys muelleri; SCANDENTIA: Dendrogale sp., Tupaia montana.
Distribution. Malaysia.
