Type deposition. USNM.

Type data. Ex Tupaia glis, Thailand, Khon Kaen Province, Chum Phae District, Pa Dong Larn.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Berylmys berdmorei, Leopoldamys sabanus, Maxomys rajah, M. surifer, Menetes berdmorei, Niviventer niviventer, Rattus rattus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis; CARNIVORA: Melogale personata.

Distribution. Thailand.
