Type data. Ex wild pig, Thailand, Khon Kaen Province, Chum Phae District, Non Han, Ban Na Nong Thum.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Berylmys berdmorei, Maxomys surifer, Rattus rattus; ARTIODACTYLA: Sus scrofa.

Distribution. Thailand.
