Type deposition. ZMMU (syntypes).
Type data. Ex Apodemus flavicollis, Microtus arvalis, and Myodes glareolus, Ukraine, Zakarpattia Province, Khust District.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Apodemus agrarius, A. flavicollis, A. sylvaticus, Microtus arvalis, Myodes glareolus; AVES: Larvivora sibilans, Pellorneum ruficeps, Turdus dissimilis.
Distribution. EUROPE: Slovakia, Ukraine; ASIA: Iran, Vietnam.
