Type deposition. USNM.

Type data. Ex Tupaia glis, Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Chiang Dao District, Ban Tham.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Callosciurus caniceps, C. erythraeus, Maxomys rajah, M. surifer, Menetes berdmorei, Niviventer niviventer, Rattus rattus, Tamiops mcclellandi; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis; SORICOMORPHA: Crocidura horsfieldi; AVES: Pellorneum ruficeps.

Distribution. Thailand, Vietnam.
