Type deposition. USNM.

Type data. Ex Menetes berdmorei, Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Hot District, Huay Mae Sanam.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Callosciurus erythraeus, C. caniceps, Menetes berdmorei, Niviventer niviventer, Rattus rattus; ERINACEOMORPHA: Hylomys suillus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis; SORICOMORPHA: Crocidura horsfieldi; AVES: Pellorneum ruficeps.

Distribution. Thailand.
