Type data. Ex Rattus argentiventer (syn. Rattus rattus argentiventer), Malaysia, Perak State, Gunong Semanggol Range, NW Taiping, Selinsing.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Rattus argentiventer, R. rattus; AVES: Ixobrychus eurythmus.

Distribution. Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand.
