Type data. Ex Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus rattus mindanensis), Philippines, Mindanao Is.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Sundasciurus mindanensis, Rattus everetti, R. tanezumi.
Distribution. Philippines.
