Type deposition. BMNH 1948.2.3.24 (lectotype).

Type data. Ex Lanius schach nasutus (syn. Lanius nasutus), India, Manipur State, Imphal, Ukrul Road.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Rattus rattus; AVES: Copsychus malabaricus, Lanius schach nasutus, Macronus gularis, Saxicola caprata, S. ferreus.

Distribution. India, Philippines, Thailand.
