Type deposition. USNM.

Type data. Ex Maxomys rajah (syn. Rattus rajah), Malaysia, Kedah, Gunong Jerai (Kedah Peak).

Hosts. RODENTIA: Leopoldamys sabanus, Maxomys alticola, M. surifer, M. rajah, M. whiteheadi, Niviventer niviventer, Rattus rattus.

Distribution. Laos, Malaysia, Thailand.
