Type data. Ex rat, Thailand, Kanchanaburi Province, Thong Pha Phum District, Ban Hin Laem.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Maxomys surifer, Menetes sp., Mus sp., Niviventer niviventer, Rattus rattus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis.

Distribution. Thailand.
