Type deposition. USNM.

Type data. Ex Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus rattus sladeni), Burma, 6 mi N of Myitkyina.

Hosts. RODENTIA: Niviventer fulvescens, Rattus tanezumi; SORICOMORPHA: Crocidura sp., Suncus murinus; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia belangeri chinensis, T. glis.

Distribution. Burma, India.
