Distribution. Currently known to occur in Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Northern Iran, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland (Wagner 1990, 2018; Kvifte et al. 2013; Ježek 1982, 1987b, 1993, 1997, 1999a, 2003, 2004b, 2006b, 2007, 2008; Ježek & Omelková 1212; Ježek et al. 2005, 2014, 2017, 2019; Kroča & Ježek 2019; Oboňa & Ježek 2014; Omelková & Ježek 2012a). First record for Bulgaria.
