Remembering Doctor Carlo Urbani. Revisiting a Great Italian Hero during the COVID-19 Pandemia

A short report upon the personal and professional story of Dr Carlo Urbani: how he identified the SARS CoV1 and contributed to the containment of the epidemia back in 2003, losing his life in the process. This is briefly compared on what we know upon the start of the SARS CoV2 - COVID-19 in Wuhan in 2020, to understand what went wrong this time and how to improve the early control of this type of diseases.
