This is a complete rewrite of the previous development version of CASSPER for academic and reseaarch audiance. The installation and usage procedures are simplified. The toolkit may be run as a Python module and the required packages are installed from the Internet to the system when it is first executed. This makes it easier for users to get started.

A detailed user manual with walk through examples are included to flatten the learning curve.
