Description

After the great success of the first issue of the International Journal of Digital Law, we present the second issue of the 2020 volume to the academic and professional community. As already stated, the International Journal of Digital Law consists of an open-access electronic scientific journal and published every four months by NUPED – Center for Research in Public Policies and Human Development of the Postgraduate Program in Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, a research group affiliated to REDAS – Research Network in Welfare State Administrative Law. In the first issue, we have already announced that the articles have gone through the double-blind peer-review evaluation system. The idea is for the International Journal of Digital Law to become a benchmark in terms of academic seriousness and impact on society. For that, we will try to fit in the guidelines of the most important national and international indexing bases. This process has already started and is moving at a fast pace. In the first volume we had the important participation of four great international authors: Juan Gustavo Corvalán, Annapa Nagarathna, Álvaro Sánchez Bravo, and Antonella Stringhin, in addition to Brazilian colleagues Carla Figueiredo, Flávio Cabral, Juliana Philippi, and Denise Friedrich. In this issue of the journal, the number of participants increased, due to the important partnerships between professors and research groups, national and international. I greet the authors whose articles have been selected for publication. Thanks to Editora Fórum, responsible for publishing the journal, for the excellence of the work that has been done, giving even greater credibility to current and future issues of the International Journal of Digital Law.
Emerson Gabardo, Alexandre Godoy Dotta, Juan Gustavo Corvalán
