Acid industrial trans fat
Description
In this science-policy advisory report, the Superior Health Council provides a risk analysis on
industrially produced trans fatty acids that focuses on the general population. It also provides
specific information and recommendations regarding the nutritional requirements for dietary fats
as well as amendments to the food legislation.
