Type locality. CHAIN 88 stn. 210 (39°43.0’N, 70°46.0’W), USA, 2024 m.

Type material. Paratypes USNM 1086430 (1 spm), USNM 1086431 (7 spms).

Remarks. Schander et al. (2006) recorded that the holotype is deposited in the Natural History Museum, Bergen, Norway; additional paratypes are in this museum and in the Zoological Museum, University of Moscow, Moscow, Russia.
