This is a public deliverable of One Health EJP Joint Research Project, Integrative Action-2.2, OH-HARMONY-CAP: One Health Harmonisation of Protocols for the Detection of Foodborne Pathogens and AMR Determinants. https://onehealthejp.eu/jip-oh-harmony-cap/

The purpose is to develop an integrated One Health map (OHLabCap ) of the levels of system capability/capacity/interoperability for each of the EU MS that is repeatable and sustainable. The first step is to develop of a pilot survey, targeting NRLs and the primary diagnostic services (primary sector). The pilot survey covers: 1. six priority bacteria and ten priority parasites have been chosen, as model organisms, together with the antimicrobial resistance (AMR) testing of Salmonella and Campylobacter. 2. 63 questions incorporating capability, capacity, and interoperability
