Basionym of: Silene acaulis (L.) L. (1762).
Lectotype (Talavera & Muñoz Garmendia in Anales Jard. Bot. Madrid 45: 445. 1989): Herb. Linn. No. 583.61, upper specimen (LINN).
Current name: Silene acaulis (L.) Jacq. (Caryophyllaceae).
